  • The menu
  • The + button
  • Ask a question
  • What to set up first

On a computer the menu is down the left. On a phone the bottom bar has Home, To do, Inbox and the + button; everything else is under More. My account, language and Sign out are at the bottom of the menu (on a phone, under More).

The menu

  • Dashboard (Home on a phone): today's handovers, returns, money due and messages. See Dashboard.
  • To do: payments to collect and jobs for the team, soonest first. See To do.
  • Inbox: customer chats from your connected apps in one place. See Inbox and messaging.
  • Bookings: every rental, from booking link to return. See Create a booking.
  • Calendar: what's happening each day, and which vehicles are out or free. See Calendar.
  • Fleet: your vehicles, prices and paperwork. See Add a vehicle.
  • Customers: their documents, what they have now and what they've spent. See Customers.
  • Money in & out: every payment and every cost. See Money in and out.
  • Reports: how the business is doing. See Reports.
  • Documents: signed agreements, customer ID and photos. See Documents.
  • Partners: fully booked? Send the customer to a partner and earn a share of the first rent. See Partners.
  • Buying a vehicle: what a vehicle would earn before you buy it. See Buying a vehicle calculator.
  • Settings: business details, payments, messaging, alerts, team and plan. See Business settings.
  • Help: guides, and a place to write to us. See Get help.

A number next to To do, Inbox or Help means something is waiting.

If you run more than one business, pick which one at the top of the menu.

The + button

Tap + (on a computer it's the round Quick add button at the top of the menu) for:

  • New booking, Hand over a vehicle, Take a vehicle back, Record money in or out, Upload a receipt
  • Under Less often: Add a customer, Add a vehicle, Tell the assistant, Import vehicles

Ask a question

The owner gets an Ask anything… box at the top of the menu (on a phone, the magnifying glass at the top of the screen). Ask about your own records ("Who owes me money right now?") or tell it to record a cost. Nothing changes until you press Confirm.

What to set up first

  1. Finish the two setup steps. See The setup checklist.
  2. Add your vehicles: one by one, with the assistant or from a spreadsheet.
  3. Add who's renting now. See Rentals already running.
  4. Connect a chat app so reminders go out by themselves. See Automatic customer messages.
  5. Add your signature and how customers pay you. See Business settings and Payment reminders and methods.
  6. Share your booking page.
  7. Turn on alerts and invite your team.

The checklist on your Dashboard follows this order and ticks things off as you go.

Questions

Why can't my staff see Settings or Reports?

Settings, Reports and Buying a vehicle are owner-only. Managers and teammates don't see them in the menu.
