Go to Fleet and tap Import (or +, then Import vehicles). Only the owner can import.
One file can hold any mix of vehicles, current rentals, customers, and payments and costs. Thai or English headers, Buddhist years and baht amounts are fine.
1. Add your file
Use one of:
- Choose a file: Excel, CSV, a calendar (.ics) or a chat export (.txt).
- Or a Google Sheets or calendar link: share the sheet as "anyone with the link can view" first.
- Photos: up to 8 of blue books, notebook pages or handwritten lists. One page per photo, flat, good light.
- Or paste messages from LINE or WhatsApp.
Tap Preview import.
2. Check it
- Answer any quick questions (like whether a rent is per day or per month).
- Go through the Vehicles, Rentals, Customers and Money tabs. Fix anything wrong and untick Bring in on anything you don't want.
- If a rental doesn't say which vehicle, pick one.
Cards marked Needs a look still come in and also land in your To do. If a column was read wrong, open Change how a column was read, fix it, and tap Read it again.
3. Bring it in
Tap Bring it in. Anything that couldn't be added is listed under Not imported.
Undo an import
You have 30 days. Open the importer, find it under Earlier imports, and tap Take this import back. Everything it added is removed. Vehicles that were already there keep their filled-in details.
Got a notebook or something else? Tap Notebook, photos or something else? Send it to us and we'll help. See Get help.
Questions
Will it make copies of vehicles I already have?
No. Vehicles already in your fleet are matched, and only their blank details are filled in.
