Money in is on the left, money out on the right. On a phone, tap Money in or Money out to switch sides.
Pick the period
Tap Day, Week, Month, Year or Custom. Use the arrows to go back or forward, and Today / This month etc. to jump back to now.
At the top you see Money in, Money out and Profit (or Loss) for that period. Refunds come off money in. Deposits aren't in these totals; they're in their own Deposits section at the bottom.
Filter and search
- Tap a category chip, like Fuel or Repair, to show only that. Tap more to add them, or All to clear. The totals follow, so it's a quick way to see what you spent on fuel this month.
- The Search box finds the type, vehicle, customer, notes, who you paid or the booking number.
Fix an entry
Tap it, change the Amount, Date, Type, Vehicle or Notes (for insurance or tax, also Covers from and Covers until), add or replace the receipt, and tap Save changes.
Delete
- One entry: tap it, tap Delete. You get about five seconds to tap Undo.
- Several: tap Select entries, tick them, tap Delete selected, then Yes, delete. This one can't be undone.
Spreadsheet for your accountant
Choose the period, then tap Spreadsheet (the download icon on a phone). You get every entry in that period.
Yearly costs as monthly shares
In Month, Year and Custom, a payment that covers a long stretch, like a year of insurance, is split into monthly shares, so one month doesn't look terrible and the rest too good. Each share says something like "Share 3 of 12 · ฿12,000 paid 15 Mar". Day and Week show the real payment.
Opening a share edits or deletes the whole payment, not just that month.
Questions
Why does my insurance show as a small amount each month?
A cost that covers several months is split into a share per month. Switch to Day or Week to see the real payment on the day you paid.
Why can't my staff see profit?
Only the owner sees profit. Team members see money in and money out.
