Most rental shops start with an agreement copied from somewhere else, in one language, that says nothing about the things that actually go wrong: the fine that arrives a month later, the scooter returned with a cracked panel, the monthly renter who leaves two weeks early.

This agreement covers them. It's written for small car, motorbike and scooter rental businesses, in English side by side with your country's language, so your renter understands what they sign and the document still works if you ever have to show it to the police, an insurer or a court.

Choose your country in the form and you get the version written for its rules. We built each one from public information on that country's traffic, licensing, insurance, consumer and personal data laws: who needs which licence, helmet and seatbelt rules, what compulsory insurance does and doesn't cover, why you shouldn't keep a renter's passport, and how fines reach the renter. Each version lists its sources. Countries we don't have yet get a general English version.

Fill in your details (optional) and they're printed in for you: your logo, business name and address, the vehicle, your prices and deposit, fuel and mileage rules, late and cancellation fees, insurance and excess, smoking and pet rules, and any terms of your own. Anything you leave blank becomes a line to write on by hand.

You get an editable Word file and a print-ready page you can save as PDF. The renter's details stay blank for handover.
