Open the vehicle, go to Paperwork & service, and open Tax, insurance and service dates.
What's on the list
It follows your business's country:
- Thailand: Road tax, Compulsory insurance (Por Ror Bor), Insurance.
- Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and others: road tax or registration, compulsory insurance, insurance and vehicle inspection, with the local names in brackets (for example PUSPAKOM, KIR, CTPL).
Plus Next service, Oil change, and Loan ends if there's a loan. Each shows when it runs out and the days left: amber at 30 days, red at 7.
Add a date
Tap Add the date, fill in Runs out on and the cost, and tap Save. To do them all at once, use Edit on the vehicle.
Record a renewal
- Tap Renewed it? Enter the new date.
- Add a photo of the new certificate, policy or receipt under Photo of the document (optional). RoveHQ fills in the dates and cost from it. Check the date.
- Check Cover starts and Runs out on.
- Under How is it paid? pick All at once or Every month, and enter the cost.
- Tap Save.
The cost goes into your costs for that vehicle. A yearly payment is counted a share each month. Monthly payments are added each month until the cover ends. The photo is kept in the vehicle's files.

Renewal help in Thailand
With 90 days or fewer left, road tax, Por Ror Bor and insurance get a How to renew box (for Thai businesses, or if you haven't set a country):
- Road tax: online renewal, or an inspection (ตรอ.) first for cars over 7 years and bikes over 5. Renew Por Ror Bor first if it has 90 days or less, because online tax needs more than that. There's a DLT e-service link.
- Por Ror Bor: tell the seller it's a rental vehicle.
- Insurance: check it covers rental use and get two or three quotes for the same cover.
Copy vehicle details (Copy details for a quote for Por Ror Bor and insurance) copies the plate, model, year and VIN to send to an insurer. It's general guidance, not legal advice.

- The vehicle's Paperwork & service tab is flagged and opens first at 7 days.
- Fleet shows it and counts it under need attention.
- The dashboard lists anything due within 7 days in Today.
- The LINE morning summary includes road tax, Por Ror Bor, insurance and service due within 7 days, plus a heads-up 90, 60 and 30 days before tax and insurance run out. See Notifications.

Choose Every month under How is it paid? and enter the Cost per month. RoveHQ adds it to your costs each month until the cover ends.
Where's the inspection for my older Thai car?
In Thailand it's done with the road tax, so it has no date of its own. When you renew road tax on a car over 7 years or a bike over 5, the form asks for the inspection cost.
