常見問題

搬資料要花多少錢？

不用錢。所有方案皆可免費匯入。如果您想讓我們來處理，把檔案傳給我們，我們幫您匯入。

押金會顯示為收入嗎？

不會。您保管的押金仍然是押金。只有舊系統顯示押金已沒收時，才會算作收入。

如果我的軟體用英里，或用美式寫法記日期怎麼辦？

RoveHQ 會把英里和公里換算成您業務使用的單位，並判斷 05/06 是 6 月 5 日還是 5 月 6 日。無法判斷時會問您。

匯入可以復原嗎？

可以。30 天內，每次匯入都能在匯入頁面一次全部撤回。
