- In Car Rental Solutions, go to Marketing, then Export Customers (or Export Renters), and click Export.
- Export your fleet and reservations from Reports if you need them.
- In RoveHQ, open Fleet, then Import, choose Car Rental Solutions and upload the files.
- Check what was found, then bring it in.

Car Rental Solutions' help pages describe customer and renter exports as CSV files with names, addresses, phone numbers and contract fields. RoveHQ reads them with its usual column reading, and you can change how any column was read before anything is saved.
Free import
Importing is free on every plan. RoveHQ reads any Excel or CSV file. You see every vehicle, booking and payment before anything is saved, and you can take the whole import back within 30 days. If you'd rather not do it yourself, send us the files and we'll bring them in for you.

According to Car Rental Solutions' help page, Export Renters only includes people tied to completed rental agreements, while Export Customers includes reservation-only customers too.
