Business details, logo and signature

Everything here is in Settings, Business, unless it says otherwise. Customers see these details on agreements, booking links and receipts.

Business name and contact details

1. In Your business, fill in Business name, Phone, Email and Address.
2. Under How customers reach you, tap the apps you use (WhatsApp, LINE, Messenger and so on) and add your number or ID on each.
3. Tap Save.

Agreement details

Tap Agreement details for Legal name, Registration or tax number, Who signs for the business, Their job title and a Line at the bottom of agreements. Tap Save.

To change the agreement terms, tap Edit agreement terms. See Rental agreements.

Logo and colour

• Upload logo: PNG or JPG, wide works best. It saves as soon as you pick it.
• Brand colour: tap a colour or Pick your own, then Save.

Your logo and colour go on everything customers see. From the Pro plan your logo also replaces RoveHQ's inside the app, and you can untick Show "Powered by RoveHQ".

Your signature

Customers can't finish an online booking until this is done.

1. Save Who signs for the business and Their job title under Agreement details first.
2. In Your signature, tick the approval box.
3. Sign with your finger and tap Save my signature, or tap Use a photo of my signature (PNG or JPG, under 2 MB).

Locations

In Where you operate, tap Add a location, enter a Name and Address, and tap Add a location. Use the pencil to edit, or the bin to remove (its vehicles stay, just without a location).

Currency

Your currency and time zone are shown under your business details. The currency comes from the country you picked at setup. Your own app language is in My account.

Plan and your data

Settings, Plan shows your plan, trial days left, and how many cars, motorbikes and team accounts you use. Tap Manage plan to change it (see Plans and billing). Tap Download all records to get everything in one file.
