Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar browser storage ("local storage") works the same way, so we treat it the same.
Your choice
On rovehq.io we ask before using any cookie that isn't strictly necessary. Accept and Reject are equally easy, and nothing on the site is hidden if you reject. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie choices at the bottom of every page.
We remember your choice for 6 months in your browser (rovehq_consent), then ask again.
Strictly necessary (no consent needed)
These make the site and app work. Under the UK PECR, the EU ePrivacy Directive and Thailand's PDPA they don't need consent.

Google Analytics runs only on our public website, and only after you click Accept. If you reject or later withdraw, it doesn't load and we delete the _ga cookies we can reach.
Things we don't do
- No advertising or tracking cookies, and no selling of data.
- The RoveHQ app (rovehq.app) and booking pages set only strictly necessary cookies.
Other companies' content
Booking pages use Google Maps for address search. Google receives your IP address when the map loads, as it does for any website that shows a Google map; RoveHQ doesn't let Google set advertising cookies through it. If you message a business through LINE, Telegram or WhatsApp, those apps' own policies apply.
