If you already have a contract you've used for years, you can keep using it. Upload it and RoveHQ turns it into a copy customers can sign online, with your logo, their details filled in and both signatures at the end.
Upload it
- Settings > Business > Rental agreement.
- Under Use your own agreement, choose a PDF, a Word file (.docx) or photos of the pages (up to 10).
- Tap Upload and read it. Reading takes a minute or two.
Photos work best taken flat, in good light, one page per photo.
Sent your contract in the chat instead? Tap Upload my own contract there and it opens here and starts reading.
Check it
You'll see your original on one side and the signable copy on the other, filled in with a sample booking.
- Blanks filled from each booking: each blank in your contract shows as a chip. Pick what goes in it (renter's name, plate, start date, deposit...), choose A line to fill in by hand, or tap × to put your original text back.
- Your wording: fix anything that was read wrong. Leave an empty line between clauses.
- Add the booking details at the top: tick this if your contract doesn't already ask for the renter and vehicle.
Tap Save changes as you go.
Thailand: what the rules expect
If your business is in Thailand, RoveHQ checks your contract against the 2025 rental-contract rules (two copies, deposit refunds, replacement vehicle and so on). Anything missing shows as a warning. Tap Add this clause to add RoveHQ's wording, in English and Thai. They're warnings, not blockers: it's your call.
Start using it
Tap Use this agreement for new bookings. From then on every new booking uses your agreement. Customers sign it the same way, and you countersign with your saved signature.
Changed your mind? Tap Go back to the RoveHQ agreement. Your upload is kept, so you can switch again later.
Questions
Will RoveHQ change my wording?
No. Your clauses are kept word for word. Only the blanks (the lines you used to fill in by hand) are filled from each booking.
