Get your data out of Wheelsys
- In Wheelsys, run the reports for your vehicles, customers and reservations and export each one, as Excel or CSV if offered.
- If you can't find what you need, ask Wheelsys support for a copy of your data as Excel or CSV. It's your data.
- In RoveHQ, open Fleet, then Import, choose Wheelsys and upload the files. Several at once is fine.
- Check the vehicles, bookings and payments it found, then bring them in.

Wheelsys (Wheels Car Rental System) is car rental software from Athens. It says its reports can be exported in many formats, printed, emailed or delivered to your inbox on a schedule. It doesn't publish the column names, so RoveHQ reads the files the usual way: it shows you what each column was read as, and you correct anything before it's saved.
Free import
