VEVS help article on exporting
What you can bring across
- Reservations as CSV, from Export Reservations
- Customers as CSV: tick them, then Choose Action, then Export selected
VEVS's help pages describe exporting customers to CSV, and VEVS says reservations can be exported in CSV format too. A reservations export usually holds the booking reference, the customer's name, email and phone, pickup and return dates, times and locations, the vehicle, the total, the status and notes.
RoveHQ recognises a VEVS reservations export when it has those columns, and reads dates written the VEVS way (25.06.2026). Each reservation becomes a booking, linked to its customer. If your export template has different columns, RoveHQ still reads it: you check each column before anything is saved.
If you can't find Export Reservations in your account, ask VEVS support for an export.
Free import
Importing is free on every plan. RoveHQ recognises VEVS exports and reads them straight away. You see every booking and customer before anything is saved, and you can take the whole import back within 30 days. If you'd rather not do it yourself, send us the files and we'll bring them in for you.
Product names belong to their owners. RoveHQ isn’t connected with them. The steps come from their public help pages and may change.
