Get your data out of TopRentApp
- Ask TopRentApp for all your data as CSV.
- In RoveHQ, open Fleet, then Import, choose TopRentApp and upload the files. Several at once is fine.
- Check the vehicles, bookings and payments it found, then bring them in.
What you can bring across
- All your data in a readable format such as CSV or SQL, which TopRentApp says it provides when you leave
TopRentApp, made by Oxygen in Rome, says that when a customer leaves it hands over all their data in a human-readable format such as SQL or CSV. Ask for CSV: RoveHQ reads the columns, shows you what it found, and you correct anything before it's saved. Dates written day first (05/06/2026 for 5 June) are fine.
Free import
Importing is free on every plan. RoveHQ reads any Excel or CSV file. You see every vehicle, booking and payment before anything is saved, and you can take the whole import back within 30 days. If you'd rather not do it yourself, send us the files and we'll bring them in for you.
