Get your data out of Rentware
- In Rentware, open app.rentware.io/metrics/datev-revenue and export your revenue as CSV or Excel.
- That file only holds revenue. Ask Rentware support for a copy of your bookings and customers as Excel or CSV.
- In RoveHQ, open Fleet, then Import, choose Rentware and upload the files. Several at once is fine.
- Check the vehicles, bookings and payments it found, then bring them in.

Rentware is German rental software for bikes, boats, cars, trailers and equipment. Its help centre explains the revenue export for accounting (Datev or Lexoffice), which is a record of money, not a full list of your bookings and customers. RoveHQ reads the columns of whatever you upload, shows you what it found, and you correct anything before it's saved.
Free import
