Get your data out of Rentle
- In Rentle, look for Export, Excel or CSV on your vehicles, customers and reservations lists, or in its reports.
- If you can't find an export, ask Rentle support for a copy of your data as Excel or CSV. It's your data.
- In RoveHQ, open Fleet, then Import, choose Rentle and upload the files. Several at once is fine.
- Check the vehicles, bookings and payments it found, then bring them in.

- Anything else through a support request
We couldn't find a public help article on Rentle's exports, so the steps above are general. RoveHQ recognises order exports with a store, start and end times, customer and total, and reads each order as a booking.
Free import
Importing is free on every plan. RoveHQ recognises Rentle exports and reads them straight away. You see every vehicle, booking and payment before anything is saved, and you can take the whole import back within 30 days. If you'd rather not do it yourself, send us the files and we'll bring them in for you.
