Switch from Renteon to RoveHQ

Move your vehicles, customers and reservations from Renteon to RoveHQ. Export what you can, or ask their support, and we'll import it free.

Get your data out of Renteon

  1. In Renteon, look for Export, Excel or CSV on your vehicles, customers and reservations lists, or in its reports.
  2. If you can't find an export, ask Renteon support for a copy of your data as Excel or CSV. It's your data.
  3. In RoveHQ, open Fleet, then Import, choose Renteon and upload the files. Several at once is fine.
  4. Check the vehicles, bookings and payments it found, then bring them in.

What you can bring across

  • Data export to finance
  • Anything else through a support request

Renteon is car rental software from Zagreb, Croatia. It lists a data export to finance among its features, but we couldn't find a public help article on exporting reservations or customers, so the steps above are general. Any Excel or CSV file works: RoveHQ reads the columns, shows you what it found, and you correct anything before it's saved.

Free import

Importing is free on every plan. RoveHQ reads any Excel or CSV file. You see every vehicle, booking and payment before anything is saved, and you can take the whole import back within 30 days. If you'd rather not do it yourself, send us the files and we'll bring them in for you.

Product names belong to their owners. RoveHQ isn’t connected with them. The steps come from their public help pages and may change.
