Get your data out of Prohire
- In Prohire, look for Export, Excel or CSV on your vehicles, customers and hires lists, or in its reports.
- If you can't find an export, ask Prohire support for a copy of your data as Excel or CSV. It's your data.
- In RoveHQ, open Fleet, then Import, choose Prohire and upload the files. Several at once is fine.
- Check the vehicles, bookings and payments it found, then bring them in.

Prohire is UK car and van hire software. We couldn't find anything public on exporting from it, so you'll most likely need to ask their support. Any Excel or CSV file works: RoveHQ reads the columns, shows you what it found, and you correct anything before it's saved.
