Switch from MyRent to RoveHQ

Export your MyRent reports to Excel and bring your vehicles, customers and bookings into RoveHQ. We import it free.

Get your data out of MyRent

  1. In MyRent, run the reports you need (vehicles, customers, bookings) and export each one to Excel.
  2. If a report you need isn't there, ask MyRent support for a copy of your data as Excel or CSV. It's your data.
  3. In RoveHQ, open Fleet, then Import, choose MyRent and upload the files. Several at once is fine.
  4. Check the vehicles, bookings and payments it found, then bring them in.

What you can bring across

  • Reports exported to other formats such as Excel
  • Anything else through a support request

MyRent, from the Italian company Dogma Systems, says its reports can be exported to other formats such as Excel. It doesn't publish the column names, so RoveHQ reads the files the usual way: it shows you what each column was read as, and you correct anything before it's saved.

Free import

Importing is free on every plan. RoveHQ reads any Excel or CSV file. You see every vehicle, booking and payment before anything is saved, and you can take the whole import back within 30 days. If you'd rather not do it yourself, send us the files and we'll bring them in for you.

Product names belong to their owners. RoveHQ isn’t connected with them. The steps come from their public help pages and may change.
