Importen är gratis i alla planer. Om ditt gamla program bara lämnar ut uppgifterna via support eller ett API, skicka det du får så lägger vi in det åt dig.

Vad kostar det att flytta mina uppgifter?

Ingenting. Importen är gratis i alla planer. Vill du hellre att vi gör det, skicka dina filer så lägger vi in dem åt dig.

Visas depositioner som intäkter?

Nej. En deposition du håller förblir en deposition. Den räknas bara som intäkt om ditt gamla system visar att den behölls.

Vad händer om mitt program använder miles eller skriver datum på amerikanskt sätt?

RoveHQ räknar om miles och kilometer till den enhet ditt företag använder och listar ut om 05/06 betyder 5 juni eller 6 maj. När det inte går att avgöra frågar det dig.

Kan jag ångra en import?

Ja. Varje import kan tas tillbaka i ett svep i 30 dagar, från importsidan.
