Partners

Fully booked? Send the customer to another RoveHQ business that has a vehicle free, and they pay you 10% of the first rent as a one-time finder's fee. It works the other way too.

Join

1. Settings > Rentals and payments > Partner network.
2. Switch on Join the partner network.
3. Under Look for partners, choose In my town, In my province or Anywhere in the country.

Send a customer to a partner

1. Go to Partners.
2. Under What does the customer want?, set From, To (leave it blank for open-ended) and Kind of vehicle, then tap Find.
3. You see partners' free vehicles with their price and deposit. Tap Choose on one.
4. Enter the Customer's name and Customer's phone, then tap Create the link.
5. Tap Copy link or Send on WhatsApp to give it to the customer. The partner has already been told.

From then on the customer belongs to the partner. You only see how it's going (Link sent, Booked, Rented or Cancelled) and your fee.

When a partner sends you a customer

You rent to them as normal. Open it from Customers partners sent you with Open booking. When you record their first rent, the fee is set and is due within a week.

Paying and getting paid

You settle the fee directly with each other, by PromptPay or bank transfer. If you owe one, it shows at the top of Partners. Pay it, then tap Mark paid.

That records a Finder's fee paid cost in your Money in & out, and a Finder's fee received in theirs. Fees you're owed show under Customers you sent to partners as paid or not paid yet.
