Haal je gegevens uit Navotar
- In Navotar, look for Export, Excel or CSV on your vehicles, customers and reservations lists, or in its reports.
- If you can't find an export, ask Navotar support for a copy of your data as Excel or CSV. It's your data.
- In RoveHQ, open Fleet, then Import, choose Navotar and upload the files. Several at once is fine.
- Check the vehicles, bookings and payments it found, then bring them in.

We couldn't find a public help article on Navotar's exports, so the steps above are general. RoveHQ recognises reservation exports with agreement numbers, vehicle types and pickup and return dates. Navotar is US-based, so mileage in miles is converted to your business's unit, and dates are read month first when the file can't say (RoveHQ asks you to confirm).

Importing is free on every plan. RoveHQ recognises Navotar exports and reads them straight away. You see every vehicle, booking and payment before anything is saved, and you can take the whole import back within 30 days. If you'd rather not do it yourself, send us the files and we'll bring them in for you.
