    今のソフトからエクスポート

    ほとんどのレンタル管理ソフトは一覧をExcelやCSVで保存できます。下の各ページでクリックする場所をご案内しています。

  2. ステップ2

    ファイルをアップロード

    複数まとめてでも大丈夫です。RoveHQは主要なレンタル管理ソフトのエクスポートを認識し、予約を車両と顧客にひも付けます。

  3. ステップ3

    確認してから取り込み

    保存する前に、すべての車両・予約・支払いを確認できます。気が変わったら、30日以内ならインポート全体を取り消せます。

インポートはどのプランでも無料です。以前のソフトがサポートやAPI経由でしかデータを出せない場合は、受け取ったものを送ってください。こちらで取り込みます。

よくある質問

データの移行にいくらかかりますか？

無料です。インポートはどのプランでも無料です。おまかせいただく場合は、ファイルを送っていただければこちらで取り込みます。

保証金は売上として表示されますか？

いいえ。預かっている保証金は保証金のままです。以前のシステムで没収済みと記録されている場合のみ売上になります。

ソフトがマイル表示や米国式の日付を使っている場合は？

RoveHQはマイルとキロをお店で使う単位に換算し、05/06が6月5日なのか5月6日なのかも判断します。判断できないときはお尋ねします。

インポートは取り消せますか？

はい。どのインポートも30日間、インポートページから一括で取り消せます。
