Open it from Reports: under Vehicle by vehicle, tap the vehicle. Pick the period at the top the same way as on Reports.
What's on it
- Profit for the period, and Time rented as a percentage.
- Money in (after refunds) with the number of rentals, and Money out, plus how much you spent and kept.
- Average price per day: what it actually earned per day out. If that's different from your listed price, you'll see "Your price is ..." under it.
- Where the money went: its costs split by type.
- Rentals in this period: a timeline and a list, with how many days it was out. Each rental shows the customer, dates and status, and anything still owed. Tap one to open the booking.
- Month by month (or Week by week).
- Money in and out: every entry for this vehicle in the period.
What it cost and what it's worth
If you've entered the purchase price, you also see:
- Bought for
- Worth now, roughly and Value lost since you bought it, when it has a value
- Profit in this period, as a share of its price, so you can see how fast it's paying for itself
