My account is at the bottom of the menu (on a phone, under More). Everyone on the team has one, including staff who can't open Settings. Nothing here changes the business or anyone else's view.
Your sign-in
Shows your Email and Role (Owner, Manager or Teammate). Tap Change password to get a reset link by email. Sign out is here too.
Language and dates
- Language: the language you see RoveHQ in. Customers' messages and agreements use the language set on each customer.
- Years when you type a date: Western years (2026) or Thai Buddhist years (2569). It's used when you type dates like tax and insurance expiry.
Tap Save.
Light or dark
Pick Same as device, Light or Dark. It applies to this device only and saves straight away.
Alerts on this device
Tap Enable alerts on this device and allow it, then Send a test. Do it on each phone or computer you use. On an iPhone, add RoveHQ to your home screen first. What you're alerted about is set in Settings, Integrations. See Alerts.

Will changing my language change it for my team?
No. Everything on My account is yours alone. Everyone else keeps their own choice.
