    Aus Ihrer bisherigen Software exportieren

    Die meisten Vermietungsprogramme können Ihre Listen als Excel oder CSV speichern. Jede Seite unten zeigt, wo Sie klicken müssen.

  2. Schritt 2

    Dateien hochladen

    Mehrere auf einmal sind kein Problem. RoveHQ erkennt Exporte gängiger Vermietungssoftware und verknüpft Buchungen mit ihren Fahrzeugen und Kunden.

    Prüfen, dann übernehmen

Was kostet es, meine Daten zu übernehmen?

Nichts. Der Import ist in jedem Tarif kostenlos. Wenn wir das lieber für Sie erledigen sollen, schicken Sie uns Ihre Dateien und wir übernehmen sie für Sie.

Werden Kautionen als Einnahmen angezeigt?

Nein. Eine Kaution, die Sie verwahren, bleibt eine Kaution. Sie zählt nur als Einnahme, wenn Ihr altes System zeigt, dass sie einbehalten wurde.

Was, wenn meine Software Meilen nutzt oder Daten im amerikanischen Format schreibt?

RoveHQ rechnet Meilen und Kilometer in die Einheit Ihres Betriebs um und erkennt, ob 05/06 den 5. Juni oder den 6. Mai bedeutet. Wenn es unklar ist, fragt RoveHQ Sie.

Kann ich einen Import rückgängig machen?

Ja. Jeder Import lässt sich 30 Tage lang auf der Import-Seite in einem Schritt rückgängig machen.
