Switch from Wheelbase to RoveHQ

Move your vehicles, customers and reservations from Wheelbase to RoveHQ. Export what you can, or send it to us and we'll import it free.

  1. In Wheelbase, look for Export, Excel or CSV on your vehicles, customers and reservations lists, or in its reports.
  2. If you can't find an export, ask Wheelbase support for a copy of your data as Excel or CSV. It's your data.
  3. In RoveHQ, open Fleet, then Import, choose Wheelbase and upload the files. Several at once is fine.
  4. Check the vehicles, bookings and payments it found, then bring them in.
