Switch from Easy Rent Pro to RoveHQ

Move your vehicles, customers and bookings from Easy Rent Pro to RoveHQ. Export what you can, or send it to us and we'll import it free.

  1. In Easy Rent Pro, look for Export, Excel or CSV on your vehicles, customers and reservations lists, or in its reports.
  2. If you can't find an export, ask Easy Rent Pro support for a copy of your data as Excel or CSV. It's your data.
  3. In RoveHQ, open Fleet, then Import, choose Easy Rent Pro and upload the files. Several at once is fine.
  4. Check the vehicles, bookings and payments it found, then bring them in.

We couldn't find a public help article on exporting from Easy Rent Pro, so the steps above are general. Any Excel or CSV file works: RoveHQ reads the columns, shows you what it found, and you correct anything before it's saved.
