Artikel bantuan Car Rental Solutions tentang eksport
Apa yang boleh dipindahkan
- Export Customers (everyone in the system) as CSV
- Export Renters (people on completed rental agreements) as CSV
- Reports for fleet and reservations, where your account offers an export
Car Rental Solutions' help pages describe customer and renter exports as CSV files with names, addresses, phone numbers and contract fields. RoveHQ reads them with its usual column reading, and you can change how any column was read before anything is saved.
Free import
Importing is free on every plan. RoveHQ reads any Excel or CSV file. You see every vehicle, booking and payment before anything is saved, and you can take the whole import back within 30 days. If you'd rather not do it yourself, send us the files and we'll bring them in for you.
