Open Calendar. There are two views at the top.
Agenda
What's happening each day:
- handovers and returns, including ones that are late,
- payments due, and unpaid ones,
- road tax, insurance, compulsory insurance and services due on your vehicles,
- jobs from your To do list.
Colours: blue is a handover, amber a return, purple a payment, red is late or overdue, green is done.
Switch between Day, Week, Month and Custom (pick your own From and To dates). Use Today to jump back. Tap anything to open it.
By vehicle
One row per vehicle across the month, so you can see at a glance which are On rent, Booked, Late or free. The top shows how many are free today.
- Tap a booking to open it.
- Tap an empty day to start a new booking for that vehicle from that day.
In your own calendar app
Want handovers and returns in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook? Go to Settings > Integrations > Calendar feed and tap Create my calendar address. It updates by itself. Keep the address private: anyone with it can see your bookings.
