Only the owner can invite people.
Invite someone
- Go to Settings, Team.
- Type their Email.
- Under What they can do, pick a level (see below).
- Choose Their language and tap Send invite.
They get an email, open the link, choose a password (8+ characters) and tap Finish. Until then they show as Has not joined yet.
The levels
- Teammate: bookings, handovers, payments and customers. Refunds and waived charges go to the owner or a manager.
- Manager: the same, plus deciding refunds and waiving charges. No business settings.
- Owner: everything, including settings, billing and the team.
Managers and teammates don't see Settings, Reports, Buying a vehicle or the Ask anything… box, and can't import. On a vehicle page they don't see the purchase price, value or profit.
Change or remove someone
In Settings, Team, under the person's name:
- Level: switch between Manager and Teammate. It saves straight away.
- Send the invite again: if they haven't joined.
- Remove, then Yes, remove from the team.

My teammate didn't get the email.
Ask them to check spam, then tap Send the invite again under their name in Settings, Team.
